Application Instructions:
1. If the ground is dry, or densely packed, wet the desired location before applying the spikes in the soil.
2. Place the spikes at the outer-edges of the tree's dripline. To locate the drip-line, draw an imaginary line direct to the ground from the end of the tree's branches.
3. For smaller trees, if the natural drip-line is less than 2 feet from the tree trunk, apply the spikes 2 feet away from the center of the tree.
4. Spikes should be spaced about 2.5 feet apart around the tree, ensuring equal balance on all sides.
5. For best results, use 8 to 14 spikes per mature, full grown tree.
