Speeds up rooting of plants including various houseplants, ground covers, Azaleas, Ivy, Geraniums, and Philodendrons. Use a sharp knife to obtain cuttings from healthy plants and remove any leaves or flowers at the base of the cutting. Dip into rooting powder and place the cutting in a prepared rooting medium such as a mixture of sand and peat potting soil. Press the soil firmly around the cutting to prevent air pockets and keep moist until roots are established. For best results, treated cuttings should be kept above 60°.
