Placing an Order Online

Add at least one item to your shopping cart and then go to checkout (or click the Proceed to Checkout button on the shopping cart page).

During checkout, you can select shipping options, enter payment information, and add billing and shipping addresses.

You can also review your order before it's final, and make changes if necessary

What happens next?

After you place an order, an order confirmation immediately appears in the same window. The confirmation includes an order number. It's a good idea to write the order number down before closing your browser.

After a short while, you receive an order confirmation email, which shows the same order number. You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking the "Order Status" link at the top of the website.

When your purchase has been shipped from the warehouse, you receive a second email with tracking details."

Placing an Order by Phone

To order by telephone, call us at 1-877-356-7333. Be sure to have all the details of your desired purchases handy, as well as your method of payment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 1-877-356-7333 Hours: 10am - 6pm E.S.T., Monday to Saturday

Placing an Order by Mail

You can place mail orders in two ways. If you use the online shopping cart, you can select "Pay by Check" or "Pay by Money Order" as your payment option. Instructions will be provided for mailing in your payment. Alternatively, you can put together a manual order by adding up the items you would like and applying the flat $6.95 per order shipping rate and taxes (NY State and Canada only) Please ensure you include full contact information (phone number and e-mail address), your shipping address and sufficient postage. We currently accept business and personal checks, international money orders and Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Placing a Bulk or Custom Order

If you are looking for bulk pricing on our products, we would be happy to provide a custom quotation. Please send us an e-mail at support@treehelp.com with your requirements.

Shipping & Handling Charges

United States

Orders over $125 qualify for free shipping. Flat rate shipping $7.95 on orders under $100. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or the best method from Buffalo, NY and generally ship within 2-4 business days after an order is placed, though during our busy seasons we may require some extra time

Canada

We have a standard shipping fee of US$9.95 per order regardless of the amount or variety of items. Orders are shipped via Canada Post from Toronto, ON or via USPS from Buffalo, NY. Shipping from Toronto, ON: It takes 1-3 weeks to ship most of the items. Special note regarding tree seeds: Seeds are hand-selected in our Buffalo, NY seed bank and then consolidated in our Toronto warehouse. From there, orders are sent by First Class mail to their final destination. As a result, please allow at least an extra 3 weeks for delivery of seeds in Canada. In very rare cases, we may not be able to offer $9.95 shipping to some remote locations. We will contact you if there is an issue.

International Orders 

We ship most of the international orders from Buffalo, NY, USA. Shipping cost depends on weight and dimensions of the ordered products. We are not responsible for the package in the event it is stopped by their country's customs/border agency and shipping cost is non-refundable and we do not reship packages that are not permitted to pass through customs and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products (specially seeds) are permitted to enter their home country.
