Where do we ship from?
TreeHelp,com ships most of the orders from the Buffalo, NY, USA. Some orders with Canadian addresses are shipped from Toronto, ON, Canada.

Yes we ship to USA, Canada and all parts of world (some items can not be shipped outside of USA due to regulation issues)

Please return product in its original condition and in its original packaging to us to receive a full refund of the product cost. The shipping fee is non-refundable. *Please note: Due to their perishable nature, all seed sales are final.
I got charged from you but I have not ordered anything from you?
Our fraud department has identified that a fake company working under name of “TreeHelps.com” is charging people without their consent. Best way is to resolve this with your financial institution. Go ahead and file a chargeback claim. When you get charged from us, you will see this description on your finance statement “SP TREEHELP.COM”.
