Not a true Bamboo. Has fine lacy cane like foliage and colour for all four seasons. Spring foliage is bright bronze red, 6-12 inch creamy white flower pannicles, blue-green summer foliage and clusters of bright green berries changing to bright red for fall and winter, fall foliage exhibits shades of pink and red. Attracts cedar Waxwings, Mockingbirds and Robins.

How To Start These Seeds:
Scarification: Soak in water, let stand in water for 24 hours
Stratification: None required
Germination: Sow seed 1/8 inch deep, tamp the soil, mulch the seed bed
